    Fairhaven Growth Partners ("FGP") is a small trusted team of seasoned leaders, senior advisers and independent directors who bring mid-market PE/VC, management teams, and B2B SaaS deep sector expertise and best practices based on decades operating within Professional Services, including legal, consulting, technology, funds and wealth management.

    Our mix of specialist services - including consulting, interim leadership, and NEDs - provides investors and scaling management teams with the high-calibre and hands-on expertise they need, whether to plug into boards, governance forums, coach leaders, or drive high-priority initiatives across expansion, transformation, digital, M&A, restructuring, risk, and innovation.

    Our approach differs from traditional consultancies as we flexibly and cost-effectively blend a mix of services with a range of commercial models, including retainers, fixed-fee, or profit-sharing - enabling clients to execute faster without the delay of traditional permanent hires or bureaucracy of larger consultancies. Often this involves us embedding one or more high-calibre leaders to work alongside clients on a fractional or project basis, bridging the gaps between strategy, investment and implementation.

    I'm the Founder of Fairhaven Growth Partners ("FGP"). After 20+ years experience working within transforming and high-growth firms across APAC, UK, EU, US and Channel Islands in a variety of roles, I have been extremely fortunate to work with - and learn from - some of the best leaders, investors and clients in the world at the cutting-edge of technology, innovation and business growth.

    With FGP, I have tapped into this network to build our superpower - a collective of C-level trusted growth and digital transformation experts, investors and service providers - including operators, investors, deal makers, business developers, marketers, AI technologists, lawyers, NEDs and leadership coaches - who bring clients deep sector and capability expertise, entrepreneurial working, and first-hand experience (and lessons learned) of building, scaling, and exiting international businesses in our target sectors.
